Hell Bent Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hell Bent! We’re a small business built on pride in our products and loyal support from customers like you. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.


Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for non-custom, unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging (if applicable).

  • Apparel must be free of signs of wear, stains, pet hair, or odors.

  • Hats must not be bent, creased, or worn.

  • All merchandise must be in re-sellable condition.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at indyvinyls@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • The item(s) you want to return or exchange

  • The reason for the return

  • Photo(s) if the item is damaged or incorrect

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (minus shipping fees) within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item(s).

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange for a different size or item, let us know in your return request. Once the original item is received and approved, we’ll ship out the replacement (subject to availability). Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs both ways unless due to our error.


Final Sale & Custom Items

  • Custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale.

  • This includes custom shirt designs, special orders, and any limited edition pre-orders unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll fix the problem ASAP by sending a replacement or offering a full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items (marked as such)

  • Washed, worn, or altered apparel

  • Custom or personalized orders


Return Shipping Address

We will provide the return address once your return request is approved. We are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit, so we recommend using trackable shipping.
