Hell Bent Shipping Policy

Processing Times
All Hell Bent products are made and handled in-house. Majority of items listed are in stock and ready to ship within 1-5 business days.  For custom orders or items in process of restocking, please allow 2–3 weeks for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on order size, product type, and current production volume.

For custom or large orders, production timelines may extend beyond the standard window. We will communicate any major delays if they occur.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been processed and shipped, typical delivery times are 2–7 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Local Pickup (If Applicable)
Local pickup may be available at select shop locations. If this option is available, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Delays & Issues
Hell Bent is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside of our control.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Hell Bent is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll make it right.
